White actors and actresses cast to play characters of a different ethnic origin is a prevalent problem. Representing characters in film and TV in a culturally accurate way is important - I hope to see directors cast actors appropriately and to see more actors and actresses step down from roles offered to them if they are not of an appropriate ethnic origin to that role.
