Delivery and Shipping
Artwork by Lily Kemp is available to purchase online and from any of her exhibitions.
All artwork are signed and include an Artist Certificate of Authenticity, please note that colours may vary due to screen options and shadows.
Your order is usually dispatched within 5 working days. In the case of commissioned or hand painted work, due to the size and nature of the item, it can take longer and will be dispatched accordingly and as quickly as possible. You will be notified by email when your order has been dispatched.
International customs charges are not covered.
Once a package has been signed for by an individual, the responsibility for any lost items is with the receiver.
If you see any damage to the package you can return to sender or you can have the delivery company mark the tracking as 'received damaged, subject to further inspection'. Please file the claim immediately! You must keep all boxes and packaging material, the tracking number off your box, a description of the damage and its value. Take photos of the damaged package and send them to Lily Kemp along with your actions on it.
If you would like to return a non-commissioned item for refund they must be returned in their original state and within 7 days of receipt.
You are responsible for ensuring the item is returned without damage and in its original state. Delivery charges are not refunded.
Lily Kemp will refund the cost of the non-commissioned item in full, but please note that if you paid for the item using PayPal, PayPal may charge you for return of funds and any charge incurred is not covered.
My website does not collect personal information other than that entered by those purchasing products.
Any information provided to purchase a product is solely used for that purpose and is not disclosed to any third party.
Credit card details are only retained as required by the processing company to demonstrate approval for the transaction provided by clients.
